Online refill and transfer requests
Sending a request through this website is a request, not a confirmed order. Every request is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist, and we may be unable to fill it, or may need more time, for reasons including:
- No refills remain, or the prescription has expired
- We need authorization from your prescriber
- Insurance coverage, prior authorization, or payment issues
- The medication is out of stock
- Legal restrictions, including federal and Maryland rules for controlled substances
- The pharmacist's professional judgment
Any times we mention, such as "usually ready the same day," are estimates, not guarantees. We'll contact you if there is a problem with your request. If you need a medication urgently, please call us at (240) 280-7020 after sending your request.
The online form is not continuously monitored. Requests sent outside of business hours are reviewed when we reopen.
Your information and authorization
When you send a request, you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- The request is for you, or for someone you are legally authorized to act for, such as your minor child or a person whose care you manage
- We may contact you by text message, phone, or email about your request, as described in our privacy policy
Please don't submit a request for someone else without their permission or legal authority.
Delivery
Delivery is available only in our local service area and may not be available for every medication or every day. Some deliveries may require a signature or proof of identity, and some medications may need to be picked up in person. We'll confirm availability and timing with you.
Prices and insurance
This website does not list prices. Your cost depends on your medication and insurance coverage. Mentions of accepted insurance are general; please call us to confirm whether we accept your specific plan.
Acceptable use
